First off is mates, since you cannot have pups without a mate.
Mates- Well first things first anyone can have a mate! We don't really agree with dogs being gay but if you really want to pm an admin, although we'd rather you not be and just be like a natural dog. Second you cannot have a mate without having a crush on the dog for at least 1-3 weeks, and once you're mates we expect your mate to treat you right and not cheat, of course unless it is in your characters plot and your current mate agrees with it. (Also tell a staff member this is going to happen so you wont get in trouble.) If your pack has different rules about mates then follow there rules of course unless it is unreasonable or doesn't make since then contact that pack alpha or whomever made the post, or a staff member. You also cannot have a mate unless you are at least 1 1/2 years old but this does not mean you can mate!
Pups- You cannot have pups if you are younger than the age of 2 years. If you are a big dog you cannot have a mate that is small! (Maybe if the guy is small and the female is big, it helps with pups.) You can mix breeds if you want, but if your pack doesn't want mixes then i guess you cant. Some packs might have that lower ranks cannot have pups and some might have they can with permission which ever make sure you follow there rules.
